Amazon has filed a motion to have the antitrust lawsuit filed last May by BookLocker thrown out. Publisher BookLocker launched the suit when Amazon started leaning on print on demand publishers to use its subsidiary BookSurge to print their titles or risk having deactivated the Buy buttons for the books they sell on Amazon.com.
